Product data sync interruption

Resolved Between 13:30 and 18:00 UTC, there were issues with starting scheduled product data sync. Most of the syncs scheduled in this time frame were not started. Manually triggered data syncs were not affected, albeit slower than usual. This was caused by a network bottleneck. Search, navigation, and suggestions were not affected by this. The problem is now resolved, and measures have been put into place to make events like this much less likely.

Partial service degregation

Resolved Between 19:50 - 20:30 CEST did one of our core service provider had issues with their network. This also affected our services. During the affected time frame performance degradation as well as sporadic search and navigation outages could have happened. The issues are already fixed and our services are already fully available again.

Resolved Due to severe network configuration issues with one of our Search-API servers were some requests not processed correctly between 12:24 - 12:51 CEST for a couple of minutes. This affected search and navigation requests
