Import outage and Smart Suggest, Li.S.A and Direct Integration syncing problems.

Resolved Between ~14:30 CET and ~15:00 CET were adoptions to the Smart Suggest, Li.S.A. and Direct Integrations not processed. In addition to that Imports did not work during that period. The issue was caused by an outage of an internal component. Search and Navigation were not affected by the outage.
