The fix has just completed rollout for the last remaining customers. Smart Did-You-Mean is now enabled again for all services that were using it before this incident. Checks were put in place to ensure that this particular kind of problem cannot happen again.

We found the cause of the bug and will deploy a fix as fast as possible. Until then we will disable the Smart Did-You-Mean feature for the affected customers. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Due to the scheduled replacement of an internal component, there might be short delays in the status updates of manual import jobs. Nightly imports and multi-imports are not affected. Search, navigation, Smart Suggest are not affected either.
If everything goes according to plan, the switch will be instantaneous and happen sometime between 11:00 and 13:00 CEST on Monday, 22nd of July. A generous maintenance window was selected to reserve time for contingencies.

Between 12:00h and 15:00h our hosting provider will perform some hardware maintenance on one of our servers to increase the reliability of them. Therefore manual imports and multi imports might not work in between the maintenance window.

On Monday 29.07.2019 between 07:00 and 10:00h we will perform some maintenance on our Account to improve the security of our underlying infrastructure. This might cause that our Account is temporary not reachable. Other services like the search and navigation are not affected!
