Import schedule disruption

    As the result of a deployment issue, for product imports scheduled to run between approximately 9:45 and 10:30 CEST the status was not updated correctly in the Account 21. Despite that, we verified that the imports did in fact run as scheduled.

    In these cases, further product imports scheduled to run between approximately 10:30 and 13:30 CEST were not started as scheduled. Once the deployment issue was resolved, we restarted these imports that were scheduled but not started to ensure timely product updates.

    Besides possibly outdated product data, search, navigation and suggest functionalities were not affected by this issue.

    As of now, everything should be back to normal.
